Forum

The forum is the right place for setup discussions, configuration tips, and solutions to common tasks. You will find answers to frequently asked questions, sample configurations, and advice from other users. Before starting a new topic, try the search — there is a good chance your question has already been covered.

Technical Support Portal

The support portal is the primary channel for resolving individual issues. Submit a ticket, attach screenshots and log files, and track the status of your request. Use it when dealing with a specific error, non-standard hardware configuration, or licensing question.

Technical Support via Email

Send an email if you are unable to use the support portal or need to share confidential information (license details, company credentials). Include the product name, version number, and a brief description of the problem in your message — this helps us handle your request faster.
